Happy Monday to you! I hope you stayed warm and dry this weekend.

We got the tiniest amount of snow here in Midland, NC and also ice so no school today! This is what happens when it snows down south. When we first moved south from Iowa when I was in High School I thought southerners acted ridiculous when it snowed an inch (24 hour news coverage) but now, I realize what a DELIGHT it is to get a little snow--this might be all we get until next year. Bring on the ridiculation, it is SO fun!

This week already feels weird, but I'm glad I decided years ago to never make any Monday appointments (no dentist, coffee dates, phone calls if I can help it) so I can jump right back into the week and scratch a few things off my list. It's a nice way to start the work week.

By the way, last week I read something that gave me permission to change the way I look at my wardrobe. I've already implemented it and changed my dresser drawer layout because of it. I've always loved the thought of a capsule wardrobe but never felt like it allowed enough creativity for me until I found Unfancy. She creates mini-capsules and y'all, she has one for LOUNGEWEAR!!! It has changed my life!! I am so happy to have permission to have a loungewear drawer!!  Read all about it here.
