Hi
Do you ever feel like your house is simultaneously too big and too small?
It's too big to keep up with yet somehow too small for all of your stuff.
This is how I'm feeling these days.
I'm reminding myself that living in an in-progress house is messy. But also, that might
mean that my threshold for stuff is shifting.
What I could take care of in the past is now getting in my way. I used to think that meant I was bad at organizing. Now I realize it might just mean I'm bad at editing out my junk.
We get to decide which job we want and A Stuff Getter Ridder sounds more appealing to me than constantly trying be a Stuff Manager.
I've tried it, I'm horrible at Stuff Management.
Somehow I have to keep learning that.

That quote from this post keeps rolling around in my head.
In other news, it's week 3 of the One Room Challenge and we have visual progress that's actually fun! A cedar shingle wall! Read all about it here.
And, I've become obsessed with ThredUp. I realized about a month ago that I'm
pretty bad at making sure I have actual clothes to wear. I just don't naturally shop for clothes--I naturally shop for pillows. Hence my problem with the ever-shrinking-house.
Anyhow, I'm loving ThreadUp--so much so that I had to click over to the site right before I wrote this to check on the size 7.5 shoes to make sure there was nothing I needed to put in my basket before I told you all of my love for this site. Now that everything
is secure in my cart- are you ThreaddingUp yet?
ThredUp is all second-hand clothes that are in fantastic condition (shoes, handbags, kids clothes, womens, maternity and plus sizes!) you can both BUY and SELL and return things if they aren't a good fit. I've bought shirts for as low as $4.99, I've bought new things with tags. That photo down there shows some of the things I've actually purchased! Check it out here (using my referral code because of course--you should use one too if you like it and share).
